Description
The key responsibilities of this German Speaking AR Specialist role will be:
*Manage accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments accurately.
*Communicate with German-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
*Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
*Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
*Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues effectively.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all financial transactions.
*Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
*Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
A successful German Speaking AR Specialist should have:
*Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
*A minimum of 3-4 years in a similar accountancy role
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
*Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
