Job Description:
Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Salary: £26,000
Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm
We’re recruiting for a proactive Customer Service Administrator. This role will involve supporting customer accounts, managing order and product enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks within the customer service department.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails, updating customer information, responding to online product enquiries, and providing support to the sales team when needed. The role also includes occasional outbound contact with customers to follow up on orders or provide product information.
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Strong communication and organisational abilities
*A proactive and customer-focused approach
