About the Role
We are seeking an SEN Teacher who can deliver high-quality, person-centred teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, social-emotional needs, and moderate learning difficulties. You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.
What Youll Be Doing
· Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
· Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
· Using creative strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence
· Tracking and reporting on student progress
· Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff
What Were Looking For
· A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN
· A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
· Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive practices
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· A passion for helping every pupil reach their full potential
