Your New Role Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site
Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling
Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
Follow health & safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site
What You’ll Need to Succeed Previous experience as a labourer (preferred but not essential)
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
Basic understanding of construction processes and tools
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Valid CSCS card
Commitment to health and safety standards
