Job Description:
Package: £27K-30K basic salary + uncapped commission + full training

The Role:
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement
*Source, screen, and interview candidates
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business goals
*Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research
*Match candidates to roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations
*Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements
The Requirements:
*Degree educated
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
*Confidence, resilience, and a willingness to learn
*Ambition to grow into a high-performing consultant
