Our Client, Salford Council, is seeking a Team Manager to join their Children’s Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Complete Section 17 assessments to understand a child’s needs.
*Create and review CIN Plans with the family and professionals.
*Provide support to improve parenting, routines, safety, and wellbeing.
*Coordinate with schools, health, and family support services.
*Monitor risk and escalate concerns if they increase.
*Maintain clear, timely case records and visit regularly.
Requirements of this role:
*• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*•Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
*Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team
