Key Responsibilities for the Screen Printer:
*Operate screen printing machinery to produce high-quality prints on a variety of materials.
*Prepare screens, inks, and other materials for each printing job.
*Monitor production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or prints.
*Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
*Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Requirements for the Screen Printer:
*MUST HAVE experience in screen printing, within a commercial printing business
*Knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and print techniques.
*Ability to work with a range of materials including textiles, paper, and plastic.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
