Job Description:
Are you an experienced Recruitment Officer looking for your next opportunity? I’m supporting a fantastic, values-driven organisation in Surrey that is looking for someone to join their HR team on a 3-6 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start.
This is a great role if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding process, including:
*Creating engaging job adverts and managing applications
*Coordinating shortlisting and interviews
*Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
*Conducting compliance checks including DBS and references
*Producing offer letters, contracts and managing on-boarding documentation
*Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
*Supporting with recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives
What my client is looking for*Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work confidently with hiring managers and candidates
*Someone who can start quickly and hit the ground running
*Able to work in Redhill 3 days per week
*A positive, proactive, can-do attitude
