The RoleAs a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take a proactive approach to managing a varied portfolio of cases, ensuring they are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and within statutory timeframes.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including:
*Administrations (ADMs)
*Members’ and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs and CVLs)
*Compulsory Liquidations
*Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
*Overseeing cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
*Drafting Administration Proposals and statutory reports
*Preparing detailed progress and closure reports for Administrations and Liquidations
*Liaising confidently with creditors, directors, and key stakeholders
*Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-profile assignments
About You*Proven experience within corporate insolvency, ideally operating at Senior Administrator level
*Strong technical knowledge of insolvency processes and relevant legislation
*Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritise effectively
*Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
*CPI/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (desirable)
