We are a well-established law firm based in Ilford, London, and we are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s accounts function
Manage client and office accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and ledgers
Handle billing, invoicing, and credit control processes
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and internal procedures
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Supervise and support accounts staff, where applicable
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Requirements
Proven experience in an accounts or finance management role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is desirable
