* Creating a calm and positive classroom environment
* Monitoring and tracking pupil progress
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and staff
The School is Looking For* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
* Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management
* A creative and engaging teaching approach
* Passion for supporting young learners
