Your new role
*Acting as a key point of contact for all compliance-related activity across the site.
*Managing and maintaining the company’s compliance frameworks and documentation.
*Supporting the delivery and upkeep of accreditations, certifications, and audit processes.
*Translating legislative and regulatory requirements into practical processes for operational teams.
*Coordinating actions and ensuring follow-through on compliance-related improvements.
*Working closely with operational and H&S colleagues to promote consistent, best-practice standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience in a compliance-focused role within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
*Hands-on involvement in accreditations, ISO standards, audits, or certification processes.
*Confidence interpreting legislation and applying it within operational processes.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*Experience within a Health & Safety environment
