About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher (Reception) to join a warm, supportive SEN school in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners with a range of special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS learning experiences
*Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and learning styles
*Create a nurturing, safe, and structured classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
*Track pupil progress and contribute to personalised learning plans
*Promote communication, independence, and early social skills
Requirements*QTS or extensive classroom experience in EYFS/SEN
*Strong understanding of EYFS curriculum
*Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH)
*Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
*A patient, creative, and child-centred teaching approach
