About the RoleIn this role, you will:
*Support pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and sensory or physical challenges.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
*Foster independence and personal development, helping students to gain confidence both academically and socially.
*Contribute to a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment where pupils feel secure and motivated.
*Assist with personal care and safeguarding responsibilities as required.
We Are Looking For*Someone enthusiastic and motivated to work with children with SEN (experience is helpful but not essential).
*An empathetic, flexible approach to supporting learners with different needs.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills.
*The ability to manage behaviour in a positive and encouraging way.
*A commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
