Job Description:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
*Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
*Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading whole class sessions when required
*Running targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
*Working closely with class teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activities
*Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*HLTA status or equivalent experience
*Previous experience working within a primary school setting
*Strong classroom management skills
*A proactive and flexible approach
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
