Our client, a Managing Consultancy based in the heart of London, is looking for a Temporary Team Assistant to join their London office for 5 months, supporting their team during a busy period.
In this hybrid role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, helping with scheduling, document preparation, team coordination, and more. You’ll work both remotely and in our central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
*Assist with team activities and projects.
*Prepare and edit documents and presentations.
*Maintain databases and records.
*Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar role
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
*Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
*A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
