SEN Teacher - Kingston (September 2026)
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming a SEN school in Kingston, with an immediate start available.
This vibrant and inclusive school is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering personalised learning, creating a supportive classroom environment, and helping pupils develop both academically and emotionally.
Role details:
*Full-time, term-time position
*Immediate start
*Supportive leadership team and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration
*Access to excellent resources and specialist support
Key responsibilities:
*Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
*Creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
*Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to support pupil outcomes
*Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
*Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
What we’re looking for:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally within a primary or SEN setting
*A calm, patient, and empathetic teaching approach
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
