Consultant - LCA & Circular Economy£33,000 - £41,000 | London | Hybrid
OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Consultant to join our client’s team, supporting the delivery of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Circular Economy strategies across a range of projects including new builds and refurbishments.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ experience looking to further develop their technical expertise in embodied carbon and whole life carbon assessments, while gaining exposure to client-facing project work.
The successful candidate will support project delivery, assist with technical analysis, and contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies.
This is a hybrid role, and candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of the London office.

Day-to-Day*Support the delivery of LCA and Circular Economy assessments across multiple projects

*Assist in preparing technical reports and client deliverables

*Work closely with senior team members to develop project strategies and outputs

*Carry out data analysis and embodied carbon calculations

*Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions

*Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams

Responsibilities*Assist in delivering Life Cycle Assessment (embodied carbon) and Circular Economy services

*Support whole life carbon calculations using OneClick LCA

*Contribute to BREEAM and GLA reporting requirements

*Prepare technical documentation and reports

*Work with senior consultants to ensure quality and accuracy of outputs

*Stay up to date with industry standards and best practice

*Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development

QualificationsEssential:*2+ years’ experience in LCA / embodied carbon / sustainability consultancy

*Experience supporting LCA and Circular Economy projects

*Familiarity with OneClick LCA (or similar tools)

*Understanding of BREEAM and/or GLA requirements

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Good communication skills and willingness to engage with clients

Desirable:*Formal training in OneClick LCA

*Exposure to GLA whole life carbon or circular economy submissions

*Experience working within a consultancy environment
