Early Years Practitioner – Thornton Heath, London CR7
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year | £14.42 per hour (depending on experience/qualification)
Hours: 30–40 hours | 3, 4, or 5 full days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, family-run nursery in Thornton Heath.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for children
*Work collaboratively with the nursery team
*Celebrate children’s learning and development with families
*Plan and implement EYFS interest-led activities
*Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous Nursery Practitioner or similar experience
*Strong teamworking and communication skills
*Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
*Eligible to work in the UK
