Production Operatives - Timber Truss AssemblyCullompton area | £12.22 per hour | 7am - 3:30pm | Monday - Friday | Temporary-to-Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a timber truss assembly team in the Cullompton area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production environment. Own transport is required due to location.
Key Duties:*Work collaboratively with the production team to assemble truss packs efficiently and accurately.
*Perform regular quality checks during the production process.
*Identify and rectify any issues promptly.
*Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:*Experience in a manufacturing, production or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
*High attention to detail.
*Understanding of health and safety practices.
*Adaptable with a positive and proactive mindset.
*Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
What We Offer:*£12.22 per hour basic rate.
*£18.33 per hour overtime rate.
*£24.44 per hour Sunday rate.
*Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 2:30pm.
*Opportunity to work within a supportive production team.
