IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.
Key Duties:*Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.
*Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
*Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
*Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
*Work as part of a fast-paced production team.
Requirements:*Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
*Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
What We Offer:*Ad-hoc shifts:
*Monday to Friday - Days: 6am-2pm, £13.25 per hour.
*Monday to Friday - Twilight: 2pm-5pm, £13.25 per hour; 5pm-10pm, £18.55 per hour.
*Monday to Friday - Nights: 10pm-6am, £18.55 per hour.
*Ad-hoc shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Nights: 5pm-6am | £18.55 per hour.
*Weekly pay.
*Flexible, shift-based work to suit your lifestyle.
*Clean, well-managed production environment.
