The Role
You’ll support on a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, working closely with senior team members while steadily building your own case ownership.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with and managing aspects of CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies
*Preparing reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
*Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
*Supporting investigations into company affairs
*Assisting with asset realisations and case progression
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

*Experience in insolvency or a similar professional environment
*A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
