JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                  
PQE REQUIRED: 2+      
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear                 
SALARY: Up to £45,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
You will take ownership of a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, managing files from initial instruction through to completion. The work is varied and will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, as well as Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. You will have proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently. Strong client care and communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. You should be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and commercially aware approach to your work. The successful candidate will join a supportive and ambitious team environment where collaboration is encouraged.
