Job Description:
Assistant Office Manager
An exhilarating opportunity for an Assistant Office Manager to join a boutique property House in Birmingham city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver a warm, professional first impression by confidently welcoming and engaging with clients
*Prepare and serve high-quality refreshments on arrival, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards throughout meetings
*Efficiently clear and reset meeting rooms, ensuring they remain pristine, and client-ready
*Coordinate and manage catering arrangements, tailoring provisions to suit each meeting’s needs
*Organise courier services and coordinate seamless travel bookings
*Proactively manage and schedule meeting room bookings to maximise efficiency
*Undertake Health & Safety training, ensuring full compliance while strengthening on-site safety expertise and proactively keeping up to date with the latest safety policies and best practices.
*Collaborate closely with the wider support team to assist in the successful delivery of events, such as small client events and internal social events
*Supporting with internal reporting and documents in line with the Defra framework
*Gathering and analysing data, to help identify practical energy-saving opportunities in line with the companies compliance standards.
Requirements:
*Confident in using Word, Excel, and Outlook for diary management
