Here in Portbury (BS20 7XE), our Howdens warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time,permanent basis.




You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 22:00 – 06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:


*Ensure accurate stock and pallet control through system updates and documentation
*Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse with general administrative tasks
*Act as a point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams
*Work in line with Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety procedures
*Identify and escalate any operational, stock, or quality issues


What you need to succeed at GXO:


*Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
*Good communication skills and be hardworking
*A willingness to learn new skills
*A positive attitude to working safely and as part of a team
