Full-time | Nottingham | Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid (1–2 days WFH)

You’ll run our business support permanents desk for the Leicester area, a busy, opportunity-rich market with plenty of room to grow, win new clients and build lasting partnerships.
You’ll be based in our Nottingham office, working alongside an experienced, supportive team and a trusted brand that strengthens your business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Growing and managing your Leicester client base through proactive business development
*Building strong relationships and understanding client hiring needs
*Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
*Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
*Managing your pipeline, activity and performance with clear earning potential
