Production Operative
Location: Gainsborough (Commutable from Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Doncaster & surrounding areas)
Salary: £25,584 + Shift Allowance + Bonuses
Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours per week)

The Role:As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key part in the manufacturing process, supporting the production of tablets, capsules, gummies, softgels, and powder blends.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:*Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment
*Assembling and packaging finished products
*Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
*Maintaining machinery and reporting any faults
*Moving materials and finished goods safely
*Ensuring work areas meet strict hygiene standards
*Completing production paperwork and records
*Following all health & safety procedures
Shift Patterns Available:*Days: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
*Afternoons: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm

*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
*Good teamwork and communication skills
*Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
