Job Description:
1 Line Support Engineer –Hybrid - Bristol
VIQU have been approached by a customer requiring a 1 Line Support contractor to provide BAU support working to triage 1 line incidents. You will be required to support a team triaging a backlog of tickets.
The successful 1 Line Support will have solid previous experience in IT Support and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key skills & responsibilities for the First Line Support:
*Triaging incidents relating to an IT application.
*Experience supporting client facing software would be beneficial
*Supporting face to face IT Support with internal users
*Excellent customer service skills
Role details:
*Job role: 1 Line Support
*Job type: Contract
*IR35 status: Inside IR35
*Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Bristol.
