Estates Surveyor
Location: East Midlands

The Role
*Manage all estate issues, lease events and landlord negotiations
*Support acquisitions and property projects
*Control costs including business rates and service charges
*Work with internal teams and external consultants
*Ensure key deadlines and priorities are met
About You
*Experience in estates or property management
*Strong organisation, attention to detail and analytical skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
*Confident communicator, open to travel
