The RoleThis is a broad, hands on financial accounting position with real ownership across the finance function.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

*Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls

*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

*Preparation of VAT returns

*Oversight of sales and purchase ledger activity

*Supporting and mentoring transactional finance staff

*Working closely with senior finance leadership on systems and process improvements

*Liaising with international teams across multiple locations and currencies



You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely reporting, while contributing to the continued development of systems, processes, and controls.


What They’re Looking For*Fully/part qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience at Financial Accountant level

*Proven experience within a financial accounting role

*Strong systems capability, ideally with ERP systems such as SAP

*Confident operating in structured, process driven environments

*Experience within multi currency or international businesses would be advantageous
