IT Governance and Risk Manager - HYBRID
We are working with one of our biggest clients who are looking for an experienced IT Governance and Risk Manager.
Role Purpose
The role is accountable for the governance, risk, and compliance, with an immediate focus on the client’s Risk Shield and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The role ensures timely, high-quality submissions while proactively engaging stakeholders to maintain consistency and quality. They will work as a team with an internal IT governance team.
Skills & Experience
*Experience in IT Service Management, Service Ownership, or Service Governance
*Exposure to risk, compliance, or assurance processes (e.g., Risk, 3 party risk, audits)
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure timely and accurate completion attestations, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
*Coordinate Third Party Risk Management lifecycle activities for third-party services, including service classification, risk relevance assessment, outsourcing/DORA classification, and exit strategy inputs where required.
*Act as a point of contact working with delivery teams, Dev Managers, Service Owners, procurement, and assurance functions.
