OVERVIEW:
• In this role, you will gain exposure to a broad and engaging mix of work, advising on all aspects of charity law, governance, and regulation. You will play a key role in establishing charities, drafting governing documents and supporting policies, as well as preparing and reviewing funding agreements and collaborative arrangements.

• Alongside this, you will guide clients through Charity Commission and Privy Council applications, navigate complex regulatory matters, and deliver strategic advice on restructurings and corporate arrangements, including incorporations, mergers, joint ventures, and charity trading structures.

• The successful candidate will bring a solid background in charity law, with at least 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable private practice or in-house environment. You will possess strong technical expertise across both transactional and advisory matters, alongside a genuine passion for the charities sector.
