Recruitment Manager – Accountancy & Finance
Southampton | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (Including car allowance + uncapped bonus)

This is a rare opportunity to take full commercial ownership of the Accountancy & Finance specialism across the South Coast with Reed, the UK’s most established recruitment brand.
You’ll inherit a warm, revenue-generating desk with long-standing clients, strong brand recognition, and significant space for growth. Once established, you’ll have the autonomy and support to build your own team and grow a high-performing division around you.
Whether you’re a proven Recruitment Manager or a top-billing Senior Consultant ready for leadership, this role offers scale, stability, and genuine earning upside.
The Role*Full ownership of the Accountancy & Finance market across the South Coast
*Run a successful 360 desk (perm, contract & temp finance)
*Maximise revenue from existing clients while expanding market share
*Develop and execute clear BD and growth strategies
*Position yourself as the regional A&F expert with clients and candidates
*Work alongside senior leadership to build a team once revenue milestones are reached
What We’re Looking For*Proven success in 360 recruitment (A&F or another white-collar/professional market)
*Strong commercial awareness and confidence owning a market
*A track record of billing, BD, and relationship development
*Ambition to step into — or continue — leadership
*A professional, values-driven approach aligned with fairness, ownership, and collaboration
