SEN Teacher (Full-Time) | LiverpoolRole: Special Educational Needs Teacher
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

The Role
Are you a dedicated Teacher with a heart for Special Educational Needs? Randstad Education is looking for a resilient and creative practitioner to join a supportive school community in the Liverpool area. Your ResponsibilitiesAs an SEN Teacher, you will be the architect of a customised learning journey for your pupils. Your focus will be on:
*Planning and delivering high-impact lessons that resonate with students with diverse learning profiles.
*Breaking down the curriculum using P Scales and individual learning plans to make success attainable for every child.
*Managing a classroom that feels safe, structured, and geared toward emotional well-being.
*Working closely with TAs, SENCOs, and external specialists to ensure a 360-degree support system for your class.
*Maintaining the dignity and comfort of students by providing personal care support as needed.
What We Are Looking For
We need an educator who sees the potential in every student, regardless of the barriers they face.
*UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*A solid history of teaching within the UK SEN sector.
*A deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy and the ability to differentiate lessons on the fly.
*High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
*A clear DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to undergo a new check).
