Job Description:
Location: Banbury (OX15)
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
Contract: Initially until September, with potential to become permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Office Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and thrives in a busy office environment.
Working Tuesday to Thursday, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing essential administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
*General administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and updating records
*Managing incoming calls and email correspondence
*Supporting the wider team with daily office operations
*Preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials
*Assisting with scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination
*Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
*Any additional ad-hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has strong organisational and communication skills
*Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Can manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
*Is friendly, approachable, and a team player
*Has previous administrative or office support experience (preferred but not essential)
