Legal Technology Analyst
We’re seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to drive the implementation and adoption of cutting-edge legal technology across fee earner practice groups at a prestigious US law firm in London. This is a new role with a particular focus on AI-powered tools and innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver real impact for legal teams.
*Salary to £65,000

Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:
*Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging legal tech, including generative AI and other innovations
*Prepare and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base content
*Provide first-line support for practice technology, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed
*Assist with user onboarding and basic training
*Support technology demos and awareness sessions for practice groups
*Assist with data gathering and analysis to inform technology decisions
Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:
*3+ years’ experience in a legal technology environment within a law firm
*Experience with legal software applications such as contract analysis tools or practice management platform
*Familiarity with GenAI legal technology platforms commonly used in law firms
*Understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
*Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly
*Basic understanding of data analytics concepts is desirable
