This is a standout opportunity to lead a high-impact AI transformation project within a major organisation undergoing significant change. You will shape how core business functions adopt AI and directly influence the way work gets done across the enterprise.
The Company
They are a well-established, data-driven organisation investing heavily in AI and automation. With multiple transformation workstreams already underway, they are now accelerating the adoption of AI across non-technical teams. They operate in a fast-paced environment where smart workflow design and impactful delivery are highly valued. This project represents a key part of their long-term strategy to embed AI into everyday operations.
The Role and Deliverables
* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand current processes and redesign workflows across functions such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, People and Operations.
* Map existing workflows and identify where AI and automation can generate measurable improvements.
* Define target state processes and create longer-term visions for AI-enabled ways of working.
* Produce documentation, requirements and supporting artefacts for automation opportunities.
* Prioritise opportunities across a suite of AI tools and shape a 12 to 18 month productivity roadmap.
* Lead the discovery phase in the first 90 days to establish scope, opportunities and the art of the possible.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in programme leadership or transformation delivery in complex environments.
* Proven capability in process engineering, workflow redesign or operating model change.
* Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or cross-functional programmes.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex ideas simply.
* Technical literacy to understand how AI can be applied to improve operational workflows.
* A structured, methodical and delivery-focused approach to problem solving.
