Role and Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied residential caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
*Handle matters from instruction to completion with proactive, timely communication
*Prepare and review legal documentation, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters through to exchange and completion
*Provide clear, practical advice tailored to each client
*Work collaboratively across multiple offices to maintain consistent and high-quality service
