Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools | Lambeth | 5 Days per Week
Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and thriving secondary school environment?
We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable SEN LSA to join a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Lambeth on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The Role:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
*Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning strategies
*Support students both academically and socially, promoting confidence and independence
*Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs and abilities
*Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
*Previous experience working as an SEN LSA in a secondary school setting
*Strong subject knowledge, with the ability to support across the curriculum
*A degree is preferred
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
