Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to work in schools across the East Lindsey area. You’ll be supporting children and young people from KS1 to KS5 with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a structured and supportive learning environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, designing and delivering lessons that meet the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:*Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with SEN
*Provide tailored support for students with Autism and Learning Disabilities
*Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
*Support pupils’ communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
*Promote independence and build positive relationships with students
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, specialists, and school staff to support learning and well-being
Requirements:*Qualified teacher with experience teaching children with SEN, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
*Patient, adaptable, and calm approach with strong behaviour management skills
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*Knowledge of current SEN strategies and legislation
*Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
*Legal right to work in the UK
