About the Role
As the new Year 4Class Teacher, you will:
*Lead a vibrant and enthusiastic Year 4 class
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
*Support pupils’ academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development
*Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
*Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
*Work collaboratively with KS2 colleagues and wider staff
*Provide clear communication with parents and carers
*Contribute to school life and uphold whole-school values
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience a bonus)
*Strong behaviour-management and organisational skills
*A creative, adaptable, and reflective teaching approach
*Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families
*Commitment to high expectations and inclusive practice
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
