Packing Operatives

We are recruiting reliable Packing Operatives to join a busy packing team. This role is ideal for candidates with factory or warehouse experience who are looking for extra hours in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
*Accurately pick, pack and label products to specified requirements
*Inspect items for quality and report any defects
*Operate basic packing machinery where required
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
*Meet daily productivity and quality targets
*Work as part of a team to ensure orders are dispatched on time

Skills and experience required
* Previous factory or warehouse experience is essential
*Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift and move boxes
*Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
*Basic numeracy and literacy

Hours and location
* Full-time and part-time hours available
*Shift patterns may include early starts, afternoons or last minute requirements depending on site needs
