Job Description:
SEN Teacher - Kilburn | KS2 | Term Cover (13/04/2026 - 20/07/2026)
We’re looking for a vibrant, experienced, and qualified SEN Teacher to cover a KS2 class in a specialist SEN school in Kilburn for one term. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for pupils with complex needs in a supportive, nurturing environment.
About the Role:
*Teach a KS2 class of up to six pupils with mixed abilities
*Deliver personalised learning in line with EHCPs and individual plans
*Get actively involved in all aspects of school life, including play, practical activities, and enrichment
*Foster independence, confidence, and social development in every pupil
*Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and therapists to provide holistic support
We’re Looking For:
*Qualified teacher with at least two years’ experience in SEN or specialist settings
*Enthusiastic, hands-on, and willing to really get involved with pupils’ learning and play
*Skilled in adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
*Calm, patient, and resilient with strong behaviour management skills
*Team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive environment
