Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a junior level Finance Administrator to join a progressive business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with between 1 - 2 years accounts experience to grow and develop their skills and progress their career.
The role will ideally suit a confident ambitious individual, who enjoys number-crunching and all things finance.
Holder of a full UK driving license and own car is essential as this is a floating role, where you will be travelling between the various offices during the working week. (Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Radlett and London)
Responsibilities*Supporting the MD with all accounts administrative functions.
*Maintain and update financial records and filing systems.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
*Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
*All other tasks as required.
Requirements
*Around 1 -2 years accounts or finance experience is required
* Strong administrative skills and good attention to detail
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and Xero
*AAT Level 2 qualification or above is ideal, though not essential
*A confident approach with good communication skills
*Flexible, hardworking and career orientated
