Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Commission

A growing mortgage brokerage is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their Kent-based team.
This role will suit a qualified adviser with some experience who is looking to further develop within a supportive and structured environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs
*Assessing financial circumstances and recommending suitable solutions
*Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
*Liaising with internal teams to support the application process
*Keeping up to date with market trends and product changes
Requirements:
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*1–2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
*Good understanding of mortgage and protection products
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Organised with high attention to detail
