The OpportunityThis is a pure new business role, no travel, and no office requirement. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting your own pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact through to signed agreements, working in a consultative, solution-led environment.
What You’ll Be Doing*Proactively identifying and engaging decision-makers within large organisations
*Generating new opportunities through outbound activity (calls, outreach, networking)
*Leading consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and position tailored solutions
*Creating compelling proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
*Managing the full sales cycle through to close
*Building and maintaining a strong, structured pipeline using CRM systems
*Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
What We’re Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who:
*Has proven telesales / new business experience (minimum 3 years)
*Is confident in cold outreach, objection handling, and closing deals
*Has a stable career history (we’re looking for consistency and commitment, not frequent job-hopping)
*Thrives in a fully remote, self-managed environment
*Is motivated by targets, results, and earning potential
*Has strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Is organised, commercially aware, and detail-focused
Bonus if you have:
*Experience in B2B or service-based sales
*Experience successfully working remotely
What You’ll Get*£31,000 basic salary
*OTE £30,000 (Year 1) / £40,000–£60,000 (Year 2)
