Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (3 Days) - £28,000 pro rata

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join their Head Office team, with a focus on New Homes marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the North’s most well-established and highly regarded independent property groups, offering the chance to make a real impact within a well-known and trusted brand.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and events. The successful candidate will work closely with branch teams and play a key role in marketing new homes developments in a way that stands out, generates interest, and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns for new homes developments
*Create engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, email, and website
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective campaign delivery
*Manage print materials such as brochures, signage, and advertising
*Support the organisation and promotion of events and property launches
*Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise results
*Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
About You:
*Previous experience in a marketing role (property or new homes experience desirable but not essential)
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
*Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
*Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the role will involve regular travel to sites and branches
