Job Description:
Graduate Recruitment Consultant
For graduates who want more than a slow-moving grad scheme
Just started your first job and already thinking, "is this it?"
Putting in the effort but not seeing it reflected in your pay or progression?
If you’re ambitious, competitive, and want your results to actually count, recruitment is worth a serious look.
Why recruitment?
Recruitment is one of the few careers where progression and earnings are genuinely performance-driven. You’ll be trusted with responsibility early, and if you deliver, you’ll move quickly.
It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and gives you the chance to build a strong income in your 20s rather than waiting years for it.
The opportunity
You’ll join a growing, high-performing recruitment business with a strong reputation across sectors like Finance, Technology & Legal
The culture is straightforward: work hard, be accountable, and get rewarded for it. Targets are clear, progression is transparent, and success isn’t capped.
What you’ll be doing
From day one, you’ll be trained and supported, then given real responsibility across:
*Building relationships with new and existing clients
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
*Writing and managing job adverts
*Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
*Preparing candidates for client interviews
*Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
*Consistently hitting targets and earning commission
What we’re looking for
You don’t need a background in recruitment, but you should bring:
*Some exposure to sales, targets, or a commercial environment
*Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
*A professional mindset and work ethic
*Competitive nature and motivation to succeed
*Resilience and the ability to handle pressure
What you’ll get
*£27,000-£28,000 base salary
*Uncapped commission (realistic £50k–£60k+ in year one)
*Structured training and ongoing support
*Clear progression based on performance
*Incentives including monthly rewards, European trips, and annual international holidays
*Modern London office in a central location
If you’re looking for a career where effort is reflected in both progression and earnings, this is a strong place to start.
