Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Denton, seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:*Provide tailored support to pupils with individual learning plans
*Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
*Work closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress
*Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
*Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour
What We’re Looking For:*Experience working with children with SEN (desirable)
*A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or child development (advantageous)
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A proactive, flexible, and patient approach
*A genuine passion for supporting young learners
