About the Role:*Full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
*Support pupils with SEND both in class and through targeted interventions
*Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver individual learning plans
*Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence, and progress
About You:*Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
*Has experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
*Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
*Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
